ATLAS Recycling & Materials is a Clearwater-based concrete crushing and recycled-aggregate operation serving the Greater Tampa Bay area.
We take in concrete — clean or mixed — plus asphalt and clean fill from contractors and haulers across Tampa Bay, crush and screen it into job-ready material, and sell it back to the projects that need it — keeping usable material out of the landfill and lowering costs on both ends of the job.
ATLAS launched in 2026 as a locally owned yard with a simple idea: make dumping and buying recycled aggregate fast, fair, and fully on record. Drop-off is free for all concrete, clean or mixed; bring a full clean-concrete load and earn a $10 credit toward material. Buy by the ton at posted prices. Track every ticket, quote, and invoice in your portal.
